Malaysian vivo V19 dual-selfie punch-hole design confirmed

We’ve already seen the vivo V17 arrive in Indonesia under the name vivo V19, but it appears a different device will hit the Malaysian market shelves. The new phone that we previously called vivo V19 Malaysia was once again teased with two selfie cameras on the company Instagram account, while one source suggests the phone will keep the L-shaped setup on the back.

If the rumors are true, we are looking at a Snapdragon 712-powered device. It will keep a 6.44” AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution and will have two holes in a pill-shaped design for the dual selfie setup – 32 MP main shooter, coupled with a depth sensor for better portrait shots.

The source also claimed the rear camera setup will be 48 MP + 13 MP + 8 MP + 2 MP, meaning we are looking at main + wide-angle + telephoto + depth/macro setup, once again, provided the information is real.

Vivo has been introducing 18W fast charging to its V midrangers, but the vivo V19 Malaysia could have 33W for its 4,500 mAh battery. It will appear on the market with Android 10 serving as a base for the FuntouchOS 10, something that the vivo V19 did in Indonesia.

There is a big question mark about the price tag, and we’re thinking it could be the equivalent of $350, which is around MYR1,500.
