Realme unveiled the Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro last week. The vanilla 6 went on sale in India a couple of days ago and starting noon local time today, the Pro version will also be available for purchase in India through Flipkart and the company’s official site.
The base variant of the Realme 6 Pro with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage is priced at INR16,999 ($230/205), and for INR1,000 ($15/10) more you get double storage. If you want more RAM, you can go for the top-end 8GB/128GB model that costs INR18,999 ($255/230).
All these memory variants are available in two colors – Lightning Blue and Lightning Orange.
The Realme 6 Pro is the world’s first smartphone powered by the Snapdragon 720G SoC. It runs Android 10-based Realme UI out of the box and sports a 6.6″ 90Hz LCD of FullHD+ resolution.

For photography, the 6 Pro comes with a total of six cameras – a dual camera setup on the front comprising 16MP wide and 8MP ultrawide modules, and a quad camera setup on the back which is a combination of 64MP main, 12MP telephoto, 8MP ultrawide and 2MP macro units.
The Realme 6 Pro packs a 4,300 mAh battery that charges at up to 30W through a USB-C port.
